Read the attachment and take a moment to process. I have proven without doubt that Sergei Millian has been directly involved in the Trump operation for two decades. He was a significant source of information provided to a confidential human source (CHS) including the first detail of the first summary of the first report. ⬇️

Three years of healing...
The most profound healing
happens when you finally
stop trying to survive
a storm that cost you too much.
May the hardships we
endure help
us become more gentle.
May the nights of sorrow
teach us compassion
and may the wounds we carry
become places where
kindness may grow.
Let us not grow cold
because the world has been unkind.
Let us not close our hearts
because they have known heartbreak.
May we sit with our pain
without becoming it.
May we honour our grief
without letting it harden us.
For healing does not always mean
becoming stronger.
Sometimes,
it means becoming softer.
Softer with others.
Softer with ourselves.
More patient with the parts of us
still learning how to heal.
And when we meet another soul
trembling beneath the weight of life,
may we remember
the weight we once carried, too.
May we offer no judgement,
only room to breathe.
No answers,
only the grace of being present.
For perhaps the heart grows wise
not by escaping sorrow,
but by passing through it
and allowing it to
deepen our compassion.
May our hearts remain open
and may all we have endured
teach us to meet this fragile world
with greater empathy,
a gentler understanding
and a little more kindness.

🇨🇭💥 Mass protests erupted in Switzerland: on Halloween evening, hundreds of protesters took to the streets of Zurich and Basel, according to SRF.
The demonstrators erected barricades using garbage containers, electric scooters, and other objects, which they then set on fire.
👮🏼♂️As is traditional, stones and bottles were thrown at law enforcement officers, who in response used water cannons, tear gas, and rubber bullets.

Good morning from the Welsh Marches. So much autumn colour this year, particularly the acers and dogwoods. #November

The Carlin Stone, possibly meaning winter goddess or witch. Carlin can also symbolise the last remaining sheaf of corn cut at harvest and made into an effergy. #Scotland #AncientHistory #StandingStoneSunday #blackandwhitephotography #SouthernScotland #Halloween2026

Treating fungal infections takes time, and 14 dogs from Toma Pastukh’s shelter are receiving the care they need. We’ve covered their veterinary examinations, skin scrapings, tests, parasite treatments, medication, hospitalization, food, and medical supplies.
We also helped 45 evacuated animals get veterinary care, including examinations, hospitalization, vaccinations, and parasite treatments. After treatment, they went to their families, while two dogs found a place at the Save Life shelter.
Every animal deserves a chance to recover and feel safe. Thank you for making this care possible❤️

Wow! An amazing launch at Shap #Cumbria of the Postman's Challenge. I popped in but Birchwood Cafe was heaving with those who had walked it or were about to. You can run or walk the 15 mile route on a day to suit you - see share.google/BgakZl6EihfSxi4…

Nov 1: Feast of All Saints (All Hallows). Ecgberht (†766), the first archbishop of York, brought the feast to England, where it is found as a marginal addition to the Martyrology of Bede.
