I just sneezed on my phone and it made little rainbow sparkles all over the screen... I'm pretty sure that makes me magical.

I noticed something today. It is amazing how quickly kids learn to drive a car, yet are unable to understand the lawnmower or vacuum cleaner.

Living stress free... is that even possible? positivelivingwithms.com/liv… Stress is not a good combination with multiple sclerosis. I hear all the time how stress needs to be limited to keep from triggering an exacerbation, but how do you do that in a world full of “I want it now” people and “it can’t wait” situations? There are hundreds of lists on the internet explaining what you can do to avoid stress, but listing things out and doing them are two different things. Then if you add MS into the mix of things, it seems an impossibility. Maybe your day starts something like this… READ MORE

I have never regretted pursuing my passion to encourage others online. It has been both healing and rewarding for me...and it keeps me focused on those days when I'm ready to throw my hands up. The struggle is real and it's something we all are learning to journey through. I have realized through having an online presence, that some people will hate just to hate. I don't think their intentions are bad, I simply believe the internet has been such a free-for-all that people toss their manners, morals and respect out the window. The very manners, morals and respect they would have in a face-to-face encounter. I'm thankful for my haters. Because of them, I am a stronger person and I get the opportunity to learn how to truly love.

Do some people just wake up one day and think, "I already have 2 bumper stickers, why not 70?" I just passed a car covered in stickers.

You never truly appreciate Newton’s laws of motion until you’ve sneezed while going to the bathroom.

Well... hello again! positivelivingwithms.com/wel… After regularly blogging about my multiple sclerosis life since diagnosis in 2013, I stepped away for more than 8 months. If I’m being honest, I wasn’t sure when—or even if—I would return to blogging. Life has a funny way of filling up our calendars, shifting our priorities, and convincing us that we’ll “get back to it next week.” As it turns out, next week took a little longer than expected. But here we are! Coming back feels a bit like opening a favorite book you’ve been meaning to finish. Everything feels familiar, yet somehow brand new. There’s excitement, a touch of nervousness, and a whole lot of ideas waiting to spill onto the page. During my time away, life didn’t stop. I learned new things, picked up different perspectives, celebrated wins, stumbled through challenges, and collected stories worth sharing. Sometimes stepping away gives us exactly what we need: fresh experiences that make us better storytellers. So why return now?... READ MORE

I think I just swallowed a bug. I don't know what it was exactly, so if you don't hear from me tonight, call the old lady who swallowed the fly. She will know what to do.
