This is what it means to experience Old Trafford for the first time and see your hero @MarcusRashford score the winner with the last kick of the game. Will treasure this moment for the rest of our lives ❤️ Football, bloody hell. #mufc
#mufc
People who are taking this statement to be something strange or surprising just don’t understand the dynamics. Just because the media and many fans want this to be about Carricks doesn’t mean it is. This man genuinely needs long-term trust and support. #mufc
🚨🎙️ | Michael Carrick asked if he feels a sense of relief and can sleep a bit easier tonight:
"Genuinely no. I don't really, I don't. Whether that's right or wrong, I know or not, I don't know, but I DIDN'T feel relief.
"It was more, I was genuinely pleased for the players. I know how much they CARE. I know what they GIVE.
"Sometimes it looks like that, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes we play well, [sometimes] we haven't. And I understand that.
"But I could feel their willingness to do well, and so for them to have to dig really deep. And just for everybody, I feel the responsibility of that.
"So to see everybody having that feeling that we all crave and that's why we're all here. I really 100% wasn't thinking about me at that moment.
"It was just more seeing everybody and the feeling that we can generate when we do things right..." ❤️
Just like Carrick, Glasner has gone from genius to idiot in no time. Sacking him makes no sense. Backing him and giving him the power to do his work will pay off.

I’m not having the inevitable backlash against the manager. Game plan was working. Maguire lets a straight run go past him. Martinez gives away the most stupid pen ever. Dumb and dumber.

Terningkast 6.
Two days ago, people on podcasts were struggling to get their head around how Carrick would deal with facing the press being a ‘dead man walking’. Well, now we know. Wasn’t that hard was it? #mufc

Man Utd have to be brave here and say Carrick is staying long-term. Back him big time. Can’t have a media feeding frenzy every weekend based on next result. Players have to know manager is going nowhere , so either put in hard yards or be axed.
Kunne gitt positiv energi. Men holdt kjeft og sutret i stedet. Ukultur.

Give it Carrick until the end of the season, so long as you believe he can finish 17th.
My genuinely held belief is the days of letting the players rule the roost have to end right now. A group of mediocre talent & professionals that believe they are bigger than the organisation

Correct decision, as biased as I am.
Get rid of the pathetic vets, build synergy with the young core & try to turn the luck around — because for all that’s wrong at the club, we’ve been on the wrong side of every small margin this season.
Sack the director if you want change.
🚨 Michael Carrick will be given chance to turn results around.
