My #emberjs library reached out 10k weekly downloads. Happy to measure how many projects have been helped with my initiative of sharing with people what I've learned.

“What would you say to a young Christian who is nervous about the future?”
I love @TimKellerNYC’s answer. I think about it every Easter.

No shit, Sherlock!!!
Stanford finally figures out why hijacking a person's own cells with mRNA and force them to mass produce a foreign protein for weeks, will cause the immune system to attack said cells and causes myocarditis (among other ailments)…
…congratulations, you've just discovered basic immunology (5 years too late)

🧵The Song That Changed the World
It’s the most famous Christian song in the world… and you probably sang it this week at church. But the story behind the song is unbelievable. This is the miraculous story of John Newton & “Amazing Grace.” 🧵👇🏼

Folks should not be sleeping on ember!
The ember people care a lot about details, explaining how things work, and smooth migration paths (just like Angular!)
While there are plans to completely modernize (and jump ahead of the competition.. hehe) the routing layer, the way the docs teach someone with no ember experience how to use ember is very nice!
(and also all the component patterns and (newer) syntax are unparalleled in other frameworks (imo, obvs))
newer syntax here: tutorial.glimdown.com
official docs: guides.emberjs.com/release/c…
setup for existing projects: nullvoxpopuli.com/2023-01-04…
Ember docs are pretty damn solid.
@emberjs
Why is nobody on my feed talking about ember other then @nullvoxpopuli ?

🔥 Ember has introduced a new component format that takes the best of Vue/Svelte/...-style Single File Components (SFCs) and JSX.
👉 It's already usable today, and now covered on the official Ember docs: guides.emberjs.com/release/c…

Hey friends. I’m looking for a junior-to-mid backend engineer to join my team (which is just me) at @Veeps. It's a great team (still just me). 100% @elixirlang and LiveView, but backend heavy. DMs are open 🤓
