I think I just got a little more insight into some of the Eagles' reasons for the Offensive struggles this season. Listen to what Joe Milton III said in regard to a question about audibles or plays apparently. If it is what I think it is, may Joe audible all the way up this Sunday. Audible everything if necessary, lol.

Mental Pliancy and Pacifying the Senses
UNIFYING THE MIND, PACIFYING THE SENSES, AND THE ARISING OF MEDITATIVE JOY
PRACTICES TO HELP ACHIEVE PHYSICAL PLIANCY AND MEDITATIVE JOY (Cont.)
GETTING STUCK
You can get stuck at any point during the process of pacification of the senses and the arising of meditative joy. You’ll know because you’ll consistently have disruptive and often unpleasant experiences in meditation, with little or no sign of change or improvement. Say, for example, that every time after you sit down and achieve effortlessness, you always experience abrupt, violent jerking movements, or unpleasant tingling, itchiness, and hot flashes that just get more disagreeable over time. Or, you experience intensely unpleasant energy sensations and severe pain in your chest or neck, or constantly feel like you’re falling over. Maybe you often get dizzy, sweat, or feel nauseated. While a certain amount of this is normal, when it happens consistently and doesn’t improve, something is blocking your progress. As we explained in the Sixth Interlude, it may be the hindrances of aversion and agitation due to worry and remorse. To the degree these hindrances are present, even at a subconscious level, they prevent unification of mind and normal progress through the grades of pīti.
You can get stuck at any point during the process of pacification of the senses and the arising of meditative joy. If you do, the answer lies outside meditation. Adept practice depends on everything you do, all day long, every day.
The antidote to aversion is deliberately cultivating love, compassion, patience, generosity, and forgiveness toward everyone, including yourself. The antidote to worry and remorse is practicing virtue in every aspect of your life. You can change bad habits and stop doing things that create the causes for worry and remorse. Make amends for things you’ve already done or failed to do, and if you can’t do it directly, do it through acts of kindness and service to those who suffer in the ways you’ve made others suffer. Seek others’ forgiveness, and especially, forgive yourself.
There is actually an advantage to working through Stage Eight in daily practice rather than in deep retreat; you have more opportunities to take appropriate action to overcome these hindrances.
In other words, if you find yourself getting stuck in Stage Eight, the answer lies outside meditation, in how you live the rest of your life. Adept practice depends on everything you do, all day long, every day. The Loving-Kindness meditation in Appendix C and the Mindful Review practice in Appendix E are powerful tools for overcoming these hindrances. There is actually an advantage to working through Stage Eight in daily practice rather than in deep retreat; you have more opportunities to take the appropriate actions to overcome these hindrances.
Thus, Ananda, the purpose and benefit of virtuous behavior is freedom from remorse.
The purpose and benefit of freedom from remorse is satisfaction.
The purpose and benefit of satisfaction is joy (pīti).
The purpose and benefit of joy is pacification of the body.
The purpose and benefit of pacification of the body is pleasure (sukha).
The purpose and benefit of pleasure is concentration (samādhi).
The purpose and benefit of concentration is knowledge and vision of things as they really are.
The purpose and benefit of knowledge and vision of things as they really are is disenchantment and dispassion.
The purpose and benefit of disenchantment and dispassion is knowledge and vision of liberation.
Kimatthiya Sutta: Purpose and Benefits of Virtue, from the Anguttara Nikaya 10.1.1.1
CONCLUSION
You’ve mastered Stage Eight when you achieve physical pliancy and meditative joy almost every time you sit. Experiencing periods of Grade V pīti once or twice—or even every third or fourth time you sit—is not yet true mastery. Consistency is key.
Ordinary sensations have disappeared from awareness. The perception of your body may have changed, feeling light and pleasant, and you have no need or desire to move. The illumination phenomenon, if present, has become an all-pervading light or a bright stable orb. The inner sound is either pleasant, or just a meaningless, unobtrusive background noise. You still feel energy flowing through the body, circulating between the base of the spine and the crown of the head, and between the body core and periphery, but it’s much smoother and more pleasant. The intensity of joy and feelings of energy may grow so strong that they can’t be sustained, or they may make you want to end your meditation early. That’s normal. Becoming familiar with meditative joy so this doesn’t happen is the work of Stage Nine.

2. A Novel Theory
Before taking up the other two theses, I propose a rather novel theory that might make further discussions more convincing.
2.1.1. First, some basics about my world view. (a) In the whole universe, next to space/time, there is only E/M: things with mass or energy as referred to in Einstein’s equation (E =Mc2. (b) E/M can be measured variously by a variety of instruments. The differences lie in the different ‘states’ of E/M substrates. (c) Human knowledge cannot describe all particular states; it refers mostly to sets (classes) of states, sets of sets, etc. Without such a hierarchy of sets, our world would be a chaos and useful actions would be impossible. (d) To introduce organisation into this chaos, we use what I call I-systems (information processing systems). The simplest type has an entry which can detect different states (the input) of an E/M-substrate (e.g. different sound waves) and an exit which can exhibit different states (the output) of an EM-substrate (different light waves). The essential property of a simple I-system is that it systematically realizes a one-to-one correspondence between sets of input states and sets of output states.
2.1.2. We can generalize this elementary idea. Every system that systematically realizes an isomorphism between subsets of states of the input and subsets of states of the output is an I-system. One can also say that such a system identifies (‘considers’ as equivalent) these subsets of states of the input and discriminates them from other subsets of states.
2.1.3. The basic definition of this article is the following: a set of states of an E/M substrate that is identified and discriminated from other sets of states is a *form. Generally speaking, (to be qualified later) such discrimination and identification is realized by an I-system.
Where this definition is meant, a star * is added to the term ‘form’. Further: (i) When there is isomorphism between the *forms of input and output, some E/M manipulation (‘transformation’) on the substrates is implied in most cases. (*Forms of sound waves may be mapped onto *forms of electric current etc.) (ii) *Forms can travel from one I-system to another, since output *forms of the first can be input *forms for the second, etc. (iii) I-systems can contain internal I-systems, whose existence can be deduced from its overt behaviour. (iv) Using different identification and discrimination criteria, the input of an I-system can identify different types of *forms, (v) Subsystems of a total system are mostly interlinked in different ways.
2.1.4. Here is the basic postulate of this ‘*form theory’: notions like ‘form’, ‘shape’, ‘figure’, ‘configuration’, ‘type’, ‘structure’, ‘design’, ‘melody’, ‘fragrance’, ‘meme’ etc. can be defined as a ‘*form’. More importantly, whatever is called ‘a signal’, ‘a sign’, ‘a message’, ‘ a stimulus’ and especially a unit of ‘information’, an item of ‘perception’ or a piece of ‘knowledge’, can be rigorously defined as a *form.
2.1.5. The case of ‘information’ is rather special, since this is the first real, physically described and consistently applicable definition of the term. (Compare in The Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy for instance: “information”: 767 entries, “information AND definition”: 456 entries, “information AND concept”: 541 entries.)
(i) Shannon’s theory, for instance, is not about “information”; it provides a measure of the ‘amount of information’ of a *form (the way ph is a measure of acidity of a substance). At the source, this measure depends on the probability of a particular transmitted *form. Regarding the receiver, it refers to the uncertainty about the incoming *form.
(ii) There is no such thing as the ‘content’ of information’. Of course, *forms may have different connotations and functions, but these must be studied by analysing the relevant I-systems.
(iii) Since *forms are sets of states of an EM substrate identified by I-systems, sets of *forms identified as such are also *forms. Hence, one can introduce an indefinite number of *forms at different levels.
2.1.6. It follows that there are no *forms without EM-substrates and I-systems to identify sets of states of them. There is one important exception,
though.
2.2.1. One of the most remarkable, perhaps the most remarkable event in the history of the universe, is the fact that *forms detected by I-systems in the 20th century did in fact emerge more than three billion years ago as sets of states of an E/M substrate that could generate other sets of states of an E/M substrate with which they were isomorphic. These, in turn, produce equally isomorphic sets of states. In other words, *forms become capable of replicating themselves without the interference of an I-system or any other external system.
They are not only *forms for us but also *forms in their own right. This event, of course was the origin of life. But since DNA chains are rather well known, I will focus on the special role of the different types of phenotypic *forms in this development.

CHAPTER 5
Extraterrestrial Visitors and Secret Government Agreements – The Military Industrial-Extraterrestrial Complex
Extraterrestrial Races Cooperating with the Military-Industrial- Extraterrestrial Complex Grays (Cont.)
Anunnaki
Finally, there is reported to be a race of tall human looking extraterrestrials that have played a role in seeding the Earth. They periodically return to determine how effectively Earth’s resources have been utilized by humanity and extraterrestrials ‘managing’ humanity. These are described by the Sumerians as the Anunnaki from the world ‘Nibiru’ in the extensive cuneiform texts translated by Zecharia Sitchin. [362] These tall humanoids form the chief ‘founding’ extraterrestrial race that were the gods described in many ancient mythologies and religions. [363] According to the accounts of the Sumerians, the Anunnaki’s chief god is Anu. The pantheon of Anunnaki, as described by Sitchin, form key figures in the hierarchy that secretly oversee management of humanity and the planet Nibiru which periodically returns to the vicinity of Earth. According to Sitchin, the Anunnaki created humanity as a slave race to work deep underground gold mines. The early humans were then genetically upgraded in order for them to be better utilized by the Anunnaki.
Sitchin claims that the Anunnaki were deeply divided over the wisdom of creating a race from their own genetic material that could be used first as slave labor and later as mercenaries. The two Anunnaki factions were led by Enlil and Enki, both sons of the Anunnaki supreme leader, Anu. The two Anunnaki factions regularly had conflicts and used human mercenaries for proxy wars against one another. The result was an escalating series of battles that culminated in the use of nuclear weapons that destroyed the Anunnaki’s main space ports. According to Sitchin, the biblical accounts of Sodom and Gomorrah describe the use of nuclear weapons whose radioactive fallout made life too dangerous for the resident Anunnaki. [364] Most Anunnaki chose to leave the Earth but a few likely remained to secretly observe and manage their hidden facilities.
Sitchin says little about the origin of the Anunnaki other than them originating from the ‘tenth planet’ of our solar system, Nibiru, that orbits the sun in a 3600 year cycle. For an account of their origins we can turn to Alex Collier who claims, according to the Andromedans, that the Anunnakis’ history is as follows:
A very long time ago, colonies on Sirius B and the Orion Group were having trouble with each other. In order to bring peace, there was a marriage between members of each group. The woman came from the Orion Group, where the hierarchy includes a queen – the matriarchal paradigm. The male was from Sirius B. Both members were considered royalty of their respective line. When these two came together in marriage, their offspring had the genetics from both lines. Because of these genetics, the new race that was created was given the name “Nibiru”, which I am told by Moraney [Andromedan Counselor] in the Orion tongue means “divided amongst two”. This is who they literally are – a cross between those from Sirius B and a race from the Orion system. They formed a new “tribe” which has continued to flourish for at least hundreds of thousands of years. So, they are a tribe that has become a race. [365]
It appears that the Anunnaki’s mode of operation is to exploit planetary resources by using ‘primitive’ species such as humanity to extract resources and for mercenary purposes. Due to their propensity for factional fighting, it appears that these experiments result in failure as factions maneuver for advantage over one another.
A crisis situation results where
the primitive species is left to its own devices while most Anunnaki leave the planet as a result of widespread destruction. The Anunnaki presumably
leave behind a small team to secretly manage what remains of their hidden infrastructure and to manage humanity by carefully chosen proxies. The remaining Anunnaki form a kind of regulatory mechanism to ensure that the Earth’s resources, and humanity in general, are responsibly ‘managed’ until the return of Nibiru and the main body of Anunnaki.
The Anunnaki have a relationship with the Earth based Reptilians based on whatever historical agreements they reached concerning management of humanity. It is also likely that the Anunnaki have some form of agreement with the Draconians over how the latter intervene in worlds where the Anunnaki have established ‘human experiments’. Finally, those members of the Anunnaki who have remained secretly on Earth, have played a role in the creation of elite human organizations to manage human affairs. [366] These elite organizations are run by privileged families whose loyalty is to the Anunnaki. Currently, these organizations are based in Europe and led by secret societies such as the Illuminati. Due to emphasis on bloodlines and ancestral loyalties, Anunnaki controlled secret societies compete with U.S. based organizations that specialize in technology transfers with the extraterrestrial groups discussed so far: Grays, Reptilians and Praying Mantis. These historic ‘agreements’ and/or secret control of human elite groups make the Anunnaki a part of the military-industrial-extraterrestrial complex.
Robert Dean, the Anunnaki are major players in human affairs and this is likely to become more significant as their home planet, Nibiru, returns to the vicinity of Earth. [367] According to Neil Freer, humanity has to prepare for the return of the Anunnaki to “break the Godspell” created in early human history where they were worshipped as gods. [368] It is the apparent return of the Anunnaki that appears to be a wild card that concerns national security agencies. They are unaware of how the Anunnaki will impact on global humanity and the military-industrial-extraterrestrial complex that has been created to manage extraterrestrial affairs. [369] The main activities of the Anunnaki are to influence the long term human evolution through elite groups, systems and institutions, and by influencing human consciousness. They appear to be in competition with the Draconians for control of Earth. The main global problems they contribute to include elite domination, religious fundamentalism, a patriarchal global culture, and a culture of violence.
The main activities of the various races that cooperate with the Military-Industrial-Extraterrestrial Complex can now be summarized as in the following table.

Conclusion
While there are a number of other extraterrestrial civilizations that have been reported by whistleblowers and/or contactees, evidence points to the 19 examined in this and the previous two chapters as having most significance for humanity. [370] The primary means of distinguishing the extraterrestrial civilizations is the degree to which they participate in technology exchanges and joint projects with the shadow governments in the U.S. and elsewhere. Agreements have been reached where the evidence suggests the vital interests of individuals, communities and even the
biosphere have been ignored. According to the negotiating model I have used so far based on the book, Getting to Yes, these agreements can be described as resulting from “unprincipled negotiations.” Those extraterrestrials civilizations that are part of these unprincipled negotiations (discussed in this chapter) are to varying degrees part of a military-industrial-extraterrestrial complex (MIEC).
The MIEC secretly consumes vast resources through black budgets in the U.S. and elsewhere, and initiates covert projects that harm private citizens, developing nations, and the global environment. [371]
In contrast, those extraterrestrial civilizations outside of the MIEC due to their respect of the vital interests of individuals, societies and the biosphere (described in chapters three and four), have only minimal impact on human society. This is because they are prevented from any large scale interaction due to the agreements that bind together the MIEC. These agreements are exclusive as to which extraterrestrials civilizations can cooperate with shadow governments. As a response, civilizations outside the MIEC have adopted three types of intervention strategies described earlier as Intervention Types A, B & C. These contrast with agreements entered into by some extraterrestrials that I describe as Intervention Type D.
The systemic global problems caused by the MIEC are an increasing burden and immediate threat to human freedom and sovereignty. [372] Continuing with the current strategic response to the extraterrestrial presence by shadow governments, plays into the hands of human elites and extraterrestrials that wish to deprive humanity of its sovereignty and freedom. The alternative is to work with those extraterrestrials outside the MIEC that appear to have the best interests of humanity at heart. Cooperating with extraterrestrial races outside of MIEC provides an important opportunity for those private citizens who are concerned about the secret agreements between government agencies and those extraterrestrial races who are part of the MIEC.
Working with extraterrestrial civilizations whose activities lie in the realm of human emancipation, consciousness raising and conflict resolution, provides important global solutions to the harmful effect of a vast MIEC that continues to remain clandestine, non-accountable, and unrepresentative. The opportunity to address the systemic global problems caused by almost 60 years of secret agreements with extraterrestrial civilizations lies before each individual concerned with the future of humanity and the Earth. Private citizens and small groups have the ability to identify, find and cooperate with those extraterrestrial civilizations that can assist in providing global solutions that lead to the liberation, consciousness raising and sovereignty of humanity. This can be achieved by implementing negotiating principles through citizen initiatives based on a model outlined in Ury’s and Fisher’s book, Getting to Yes – as discussed in the first chapter.
