Because to today's standard gay race communist, Africans and other venerated races do not exist as individual people, but as symbols with which to signal what they deem anti-racism, and therefore virtue. Every bit as pure blood a family as the Malfoys but they didnt build wealth and advocate for Muggles. That's the in. The line however funny was always out of place.
