Minister @tinomachakaire while on his way to his Wedza constituency, saw primary school learners who had been asked to go and fetch fees back home. He took them back to school and paid their fees after advising the School Head on the children's right to Education and should not be denied an education because of a failure to pay fees.. leaving no one and no place behind.
