👽 A Firsthand Witness to the Holloman Film Showing Air Force Officers Greeting Aliens 👽
(If this film actually exists, we need to see it one day. Obviously. Here are the claims of Shartle.)
UFO Cover Up? Live! 1988
Paul Shartle (PS): "I saw footage of three, disc-shaped craft. One of the craft landed and two of them went away."
Mike Farrell (MF): "Why did it land?"
PS: "It appeared to be in trouble, because it oscillated all the way down to the ground. However, it did land on three pods. A sliding-door opened, a ramp was extended, and out came three aliens."
MF: "What did they look like?"
PS: "Well, they were human sized, they had [an] odd, grey complexion and a pronounced nose. They wore tight-fitting jumpsuits, thin headdresses, that appeared to be communication devices. In their hands, they held a translator, I was told. A Holloman base commander and other Air Force officers went out to meet them."
MF: "You actually saw these aliens on the film?"
PS: "Yes."
MF: "Mr. Shartle, what did your superior officers tell you?"
PS: "I was told it was theatrical footage the Air Force has purchased to make a training film."
MF: "Well that sounds plausible, doesn't it?"
PS: "Well, if it WERE a theatrical film, why didn't I have a record of this? It was my job to keep accurate records of all audio/visual purchases."
MF: "Is there any other reason that you feel this was not a theatrical film?"
PS: "Yes, it was too real. The people who were shooting that day were Air Force personnel. Lucky for us, the day they were shooting, they were doing an acceleration test."
(What a weird way to end that story. In fact, this entire special had some weird aspects to it. With some of the interviews the people looked like they were reading (or half reading) from a prompter. I believe that was confirmed.)

Stratton: “Raytheon’s own engineers confirmed” that the “GIMBAL” UAP’s rotation is *NOT* a camera artifact.
The ATFLIR patent holder told me the same, *and* that the system’s operation is the *opposite* of what @MickWest claims.
The UAP’s flight path also rules out an artifact:

Macropoint is a product of Descartes integrated into thousands of users ERPs and TMS systems. That is not dispatching. As an aside i’m not communicating mean spirited, the app forces bluntness.
Appreciate the context, and had determined as much. If I track my pizza delivery & even call the driver for a status update he is still not my employee. The jury does not seem to have been educated on obvious operational norms. Booking and tendering freight is not dispatching.
Your prior comment also seems to have this novice interpretation that OTR is the only mode type. Shipments getting lost in transit via LTL/Load to ride/intermodal happen. It’s useless to argue if your aim is willful ignorance.
No, Robinson is tendering the BOL just like a shipper direct does. The motor carriers dispatcher dispatches. Likewise, dispatching services are not allowed to broker freight. You’re wrong, and your comment is like saying consumers have no control over freight in transit.
Just asinine. If I buy a ticket on a plane to go to a destination and my luggage ends up in another terminal at the wrong airport on a plane that crashes due to a negligent pilot- am I liable? If a shipper pays a carrier and the carrier misroutes the freight are they liable? No

From what I read the jury misunderstood macro point as “routing” instructions rather than a tool of accountability (ironically vetting) to ensure freight wasn’t stolen or misrouted. This misunderstanding wasn’t communicated properly by CHRW council who do not understand logistics

It is completely wild that CH Robinson legal team could not communicate clearly that they hired the motor carrier. If I hire a moving company & the driver crashes causing a fatality can I be sued personally? If I buy a plane ticket and the plane hurts someone can I be sued?

Jay Stratton, in Out of the Shadows: "To be clear, very few people in the Air Force even have awareness of the Air Force's deeply hidden involvement with the Legacy Program and its cover-up of the truth. But make no mistake, the powerful hidden hand is in complete control of the Air Force's handling of the UAP issue."
The Air Force. The Legacy Program. The Hidden Hand.
Quite the allegation from someone who literally led the USG's UAP investigations.

Sure sounds like Marco Rubio takes the UAP topic deadly seriously 😏. Jay Stratton:
- I remember one classified UAP briefing I participated in that included [Marco] Rubio and a small group of senior Senators. One of the Senators made a dumb and inappropriate UFO joke, intentionally undermining the seriousness of the national security concern were discussing.
- It was unclear whether he was intentionally trying to undermine the briefing and discourage others in the room from pursuing the truth, or whether he was just a simpleton unable to process and accept that we are not the only intelligent life in the universe.
- Regardless, Rubio stopped the briefing and did what most leaders would not in a setting like this—he called the Senator out, essentially telling the Senator his behavior is a dereliction of his duty to the state he was elected to serve and the nation as a whole.
- At this point, Rubio was well aware of how serious and important this matter was to the security of the nation, and he made that very clear. The Senator humbly apologized; he’d gotten the memo. And Rubio’s words forever impacted the others in the room.

Stratton confirms in “Out of the Shadows” that Sean Kirkpatrick, former director at @DoW_AARO, was compromised by the Legacy Program, was instructed to actively lie in interviews, and that classified intelligence reports proving these facts were presented to Congress.
