I ordered about $90 in groceries off of @DoorDash last night at about 7:45pm, it was accepted my the grocery store but a driver was never assigned but it kept saying they’re looking for someone to pick it up. Fast forward to 7:45 this morning, still nothing, so I called door dash
As you can imagine, I wasn’t pleased about this, so I reiterated how unacceptable this whole experience has been and I will NOT be waiting 24 hours and that he WILL be putting my call as high priority and someone will contact me sooner than 24 hours.. so I was told 2 hour wait 🙃
So now… we wait again, but as of right now, this whole thing started at 7:45pm yesterday, so it’s been almost 21 hours of this ordeal and I would recommend no one shop groceries with @DoorDash as they don’t seem to be very competent and their support is -5 stars
