xitter.cf/i/grok/share/7221dc9c7… ceoemail.com/index.php Aldi UK: ceoemail.com/s.php?id=ceo-90… ACAS Mon-Fri: acas.org.uk/ To you, your son, everyone else: You can always find another job. Things may be difficult in the interim, I get that. But do not put work over life. You can always deal with the legal matters afterwards - Like taking it to HR, Tribunal, court, etc... But you will regret going to work, however brief, for the rest of your life... The law via Grok (Employment Rights Act - ALWAYS Check with a qualified and competent person, or read Legislation.gov.uk) is on your sons side. Any repercussions - Take it to tribunal, he's protected (again, verify with a professional). @AldiUK are royally in the shit if this is true, and he has written evidence... 3-2-1 backup rule; look it up, and do it NOW, before you lose the written evidence, call logs, texts, emails, photos, everything... 3-2-1.
