Majorly pissed off. Been following the tracking all day. Driver didn't knock on my ACTUAL door. "Set delivery Preferences" seems to be the only option. My delivery preference is delivery to the right place @RoyalMail

This means a lot to us. We've already missed many events because of transport. It's concerning for local business and trade, as we can't be the only ones who havent attended these events because of this.
