What’s the deal with some engineers not speaking up when they are blocked for days? Anyone else encounter this? Scrum or similar should uncover these situations but I’ve been surprised to see it happen again and again.

Entrepreneurship happens in three stages:
1) Hustle: You do all the hard work yourself.
2) Management: Hire people to do the things you used to do.
3) Operationalizing: Build systems and codify your decision-making principles so the company can run without your involvement.
Money is the most universal and most efficient system of trust ever devised. Crypto is so impactful because it changes fundamental properties of our most basic trust system as a human species.
Boggles my mind that in 2021 it still takes 3 days for my money to transfer from my bank account to another third party account. Unreal.
