The same is true for the #Nutanix #NPX program. @e2eeaau will also be hiring & developing NPXs. The #Multicloud world is only growing and becoming more attractive. #VCDX & #NPX’s are some of the best placed architects to help customers achieve great business outcomes. #CIO

I’ve always been an advocate of the #VMware #VCDX program as I believe the experience gained along the journey makes candidates better technologists & architects but also far more business minded. That’s why my company @e2eeaau is committed to hiring & developing #VCDX’s! #CIO

And a great (not good) enterprise architect should be the one writing the definition for a solution/product/feature minimally viable product & signing off on its release. #CIOchat #EnterpriseArchitecture #softwaredevelopment #productmanagement

It’s all about that Minimum Viable Product. Nobody said how much “minimum” is, or how “viable” it will be, just ship it already! 😂

FIVE Productivity FEYNMAN- strategies: • Stop trying to know-it-all. • Don't worry about what others are thinking. • Don't think about what you want to be, but what you want to do. • Have a sense of humor and talk honestly. • Teach others what you know.

I believe it’s critical to focus on your own customers & working tirelessly to solve their problems while also paying close attention to all competitors. Everyone does something well, even if they do most things poorly there is always something to learn. #vExpert #CIOchat

ProTip: Make sure your documentation & designs are detailed enough that they pass the “you got hit by a bus” test. I.e.: Anyone w/ a specified skill set (such as #VCDX or #NPX) can understand/implement the solution as designed without asking questions of the author. #CIOchat
