The Sept. U.S. trade deficit in goods was $134.9 billion, the highest ever recorded in Sept. There were only three months in history when the deficit was higher, all under Trump in 2025. Here are the facts. Measured by the size of our trade deficits, Trump has been the worst president in history on trade. The tariffs have been a complete failure. Not only have they failed to bring manufacturing back to the U.S., but the U.S. is now more dependent than ever on foreign producers. Not only are we importing more than ever, but we are now paying Trump's tariffs on those imports. Trump says trade deficits represent a loss. Judged by his own standard, Trump is the biggest loser in the history of the presidency. Also, if the economy is booming as Republicans claim, why have our trade deficits gone way up? Why are the trade deficits under Trump so much larger than they were under Biden, when, according to Trump, we had the worst economy in U.S. history? Here are the facts. When you compare Trump's first two years to Biden's last two, GDP growth and job creation are slower, inflation is higher, and budget and trade deficits are bigger. If Trump is right that under Biden we had the worst economy in history, and the Trump economy is objectively worse on all counts, then the Trump economy is now the worst economy in history.

The truth about Jalen Hurts blood clots:

If Jalen Hurts was my patient I would take a vaccine and COVID history, check Spike blood levels, and in addition to blood thinners would use Spike Detoxification. Have done this successfully with other pro athletes. @JalenHurts @Eagles
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts is reportedly out for the season and being treated for blood clots in both lungs, following an injury that initially appeared to be limited to his calf. Hurts was struck in the leg during an October 4 game against the Los Angeles Rams. An ultrasound several days later reportedly identified a superficial blood clot, and he was initially cleared to play. But follow-up testing raised concerns, and reports published October 19 indicate that Hurts has since been diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and bilateral pulmonary emboli. DVT occurs when a clot forms in a deep vein, usually in the leg. If part of that clot breaks loose and travels to the lungs, it can cause a pulmonary embolism, a potentially life-threatening blockage. Symptoms of a pulmonary embolism can include sudden shortness of breath, chest pain, rapid heartbeat, and coughing up blood. Anyone experiencing these symptoms should seek emergency medical care. Hurts is reportedly stable and expected to recover, although treatment may keep him out of football for several months.

Pat Buchanan, 1999: “By moving NATO onto Russia’s front porch, we have scheduled a twenty-first century confrontation. … America will face a hellish dilemma: risk confrontation with a nuclear-armed Russia determined to recreate its old sphere of influence, or renege on solemn commitments and see NATO collapse.” Therefore, he said, “Offering NATO memberships to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and, as some urge, Ukraine is rashness bordering on madness.” Referring to maps the Clinton team must have ignored, Buchanan warned, “This would put the Russian base at Kaliningrad behind NATO lines and bring into a U.S.-led alliance three nations with huge Russian minorities.” Foreseeing future conflict, he observed that “Latvia is almost half Russian; eastern Ukraine, almost entirely Russian. America could neither defend nor liberate these nations without the risk of nuclear war.” Pat Buchanan, A Republic, Not an Empire: Reclaiming America’s Destiny (New York: Regnery, 1999), 17–18, 22.

New poll on Ukrainian attitudes on the war finds a strong majority – 57% – support an immediate negotiated peace with Russia and territorial concessions Only 21% support fighting until the Donbass is returned to Ukrainian control Most overwhelmingly favor a national referendum on peace, rather than allowing the president or parliament to decide The survey was taken by Rating Group on October 3-5 It follows a Gallup poll this June showing 66% of Ukrainians favoring an immediate negotiated cessation of hostilities

Late stage MAGA is so disgusting and unrecognizable to me, and I find this shocking as one who attended more Trump rallies than I can count. A woman with a “Release The Epstein Files” shirt stands at a Trump rally shouting at Trump to release the Epstein files and gets physically beaten by the MAGA men around her, who probably call themselves Christians. Then our obese President makes fun of her calling her “fat” and “him” claiming she’s a paid protestor. She got thrown out and the men who attacked her got to stay. MAGA rallies used to be filled with people who agreed with releasing the Epstein files, defended women, and would step in if a woman was attacked. Now the dying remnant of MAGA is made up of people who emulate their cult leader. Attacking women, making fun of their looks, and turning on the victims of the elites. It’s a cult, an ugly grotesque cult that does not display Christian values because the cult leader himself is not a Christian even though the vast majority who attend his rallies would identify as Christian. Know them by their fruit. The fruit is rotten. Because the cult leader himself is a wolf in sheep’s clothing who has led the flock astray.

The war is over. Russia won. Not the fairy-tale version sold for years, but the one measured in production, attrition, and will. The West burned its single-shot military and a generation of Ukrainian men trying to preserve an empire that was already evaporating. What the world looks like now? American primacy is a memory. NATO is a paper alliance that cannot field a serious army. The EU is a monetary and political husk. Europe is deindustrialized, demilitarized, and already turning on itself. Russia is the most battle-hardened military on the planet and will dictate terms. China, Iran, and the Global South no longer operate under the old rules. Vanishingly few in the West are prepared for this. The made up war continues on television. Reality does not. The empire is notably fragile. This represents the core reality.

Had it not been for Boris Johnson and Victoria Nuland -- who personally forced Zelensky to reject the deal Ukraine and Russia were about to sign in Istanbul in 2022 -- this horrific war that has killed more than a million and consumed much of Ukraine would have been long over.
It is sickening that the USA is now lifting sanctions on Russian fuel, and transparently ridiculous to blame Ukraine for the spike in prices that obviously began with the closure of the Strait of Hormuz. Putin is murdering innocent Ukrainian civilians every day. The Ukrainians are fighting for their lives. And yet the White House is apparently determined to force American drivers to bankroll Putin’s slaughter. It won’t work and I doubt it will make much difference to the price of fuel. If we want Russian oil and gas back on the world market then let’s end this war - with a free, sovereign and independent Ukraine.

🇺🇸🇷🇺US-Russian "Deal" Just More Theater ▪️ Despite proposing a diesel deal with Russia, US-directed strikes on Russian energy production continue; ▪️Ukraine LITERALLY cannot carry these strikes out without full approval from, support and participation of the US; ▪️The purpose of a "deal" with Russia is simply to manipulate prices as the US purposefully continues the controlled demolition of the global economy; ▪️This is no different than various "ceasefires" the US has arranged with Iran to likewise manipulate prices and provide time to rearm ahead of continued aggression and pressure; ▪️Iran and Russia go along with these brief windows of relief because they are all playing their own games of perception management both at home and abroad - it would be almost unthinkable that Teheran, Moscow, or Beijing for that matter didn't understand the US has no intention of really making peace of any kind;
