If you were at @TEDxNewcastle 2023 and saw my talk on “Can heavy metal music improve your mental health?” and would be happy to share a short testimonial in words or video I’d super appreciate it 🙏🏻

We are delighted to announce that Lewis Hall has signed a new long-term contract at St. James' Park 🙌
The 22-year-old has become a key part of the first team squad in recent seasons, making 107 appearances since first arriving at his boyhood club in August 2023.
ALT Lewis Hall contract extension.

Sean Steur is going right to the very top....anyone who has a basic understanding of the game can see that.
The Ajax Academy were gutted to lose him, as were their fans....and now we can all see why.
Some players aren't this composed aged 28, never mind 18.
Baller.

Sean Steur actually makes forward passes that break the lines! 😳
WHAT IS THIS SORCERY IN A TOON SHIRT?!
Lovely stuff. I’m sold.

If Matthias Jaissle took over at a Brighton, a Brentford, or a Bournemouth and signed a bunch of 'unknown, young players' the media would call it a masterclass of recruitment and a brilliant appointment. 😳
But because it's Newcastle United that appointment, then suddenly we’re relegation candidates? What like Brentford or Bournemouth last season? What a wild take 🤣
They’re all desperate to see us fail, but it is NEVER happening!

Eddie,
Thank you for five years of amazing memories, ambition and commitment. Our whole fanbase is so proud to have had you as our manager.
So many unforgettable moments, especially that day in March 2025, when you were the man to do what so many before were unable to. So many greats have tried but you were the one. You gave us the greatest day of our lives and that is something that we will always remember you for.
Of course there are so many more, reaching the 2023 League Cup Final, Champions League nights under the lights at SJP and all of the unbelievable trips around Europe. It has been an amazing journey and we can’t thank you enough for everything.
Hope to see you again soon, once a Geordie always a Geordie!

He came, he won and he left us with the best memories. He's a man of integrity. He represented the club and city amazingly well, spoke eloquently, was always respectful, understood us and put every ounce of effort he had into it. He'll always be loved. Thank you Eddie Howe #NUFC

Woltemade comes off the bench for the junk minutes - 3 minutes later, a world class bit of play to create the best chance of the game.
He’s most gifted player at the club and he can’t get a game!!??
Eddie Howe’s treatment of this lad is idiotic, stubborn and disgraceful. #NUFC
