#FarmSafety Tip!
Ensuring you keep farm jobs age appropriate for children helps establish responsibility & respect for the farm as a workplace. Establish boundaries & know when is👌time to visit & when you must say no 🚫. #Engage #Educate #Empower

Another one for the wall of shame.
This is the reason there were no eggs left yesterday for anyone else.
They thought by parking on the road and covering their faces they would get away scot free.
Wish i had a video of the shock on their faces when we showed up to their lovely house within 30mins.
Not all eggs and potatoes were recovered but they had to pay.
These people walk amongst you. And are always really really sorry!
Only Sorry they got caught😡
If you steal, expect a call an expect to be tarred and feathered.

While checking the barley today I found this pupa. Anyone know what it is @BioDataCentre
#thewindthatshakesthebarley Hopefully we don’t get the worst of the weather over the next few days. Should be fit to harvest next week 🤞🤞 #harvest2024
I think I may have managed to time travel. Don’t ask me how I did it 🤷♂️ , but I think I’ve gone back to March, well that’s what it feels like #weather

These 2 frames captured by the Russian photographer Vadim Trunov may be the cutest photos of all time.
Last year I sowed a small patch of wildflowers and it attracted so many #pollinators that I decided to sow more this year. I’ve about 1acre sown along the headland of a field and here’s a few of the flowers that are starting to appear #farmingwithnature #biodiversity #lovenature

The seeds are in the soil and after yesterday’s rain and with today’s heat it starting to #steam.
First two pictures show concerto spring barely sown Thursday 25th of April. Next two show Geraldine spring barley sown Tuesday 23rd of April. It’s amazing what Mother Nature can do in a matter of days. #harvest2024 #farmlife
