The Alpha Modus lawsuit is a typical patent case looking for settlements. They sell no products and simply have a portfolio of very broad patents that they want to get settlements on to avoid having the patents invalidated in a trial. MNTN has a strong defense, disputes the allegations in the complaint, and will vigorously defend ourselves. Our attorney's are taking care of it. It will probably drag on for a while because we don't intend to settle and have them turn around and just file another suit the next day with another patent. They're doing that now with other companies.
