Roki Sasaki has one of the most dynamic and well-executed throws in baseball. Being able to throw 100+ mph requires a phenomenal creation and transfer of energy from the start to the end of the throw.

The Cubs are promoting Tyler Zombro to VP of pitching.
How will this affect the Cubs' approach to the pitching market? 🤔⬇️

Thank you UCA for giving me the opportunity to live out my dream of playing Division I baseball. I’m truly grateful for my time here. After careful consideration and prayer, I’ve decided to enter the transfer portal and will be officially in on June 2nd. Thank you, UCA.

Spend less time worrying about rat racing, do right by people, and good things happen to everyone.
The baseball industry spends too much time worrying about competition and not enough trying to actually do right by people. I’m trying hard to do my part to inspire change.
A word that changed everything for me?

It means finding joy in others' success. Celebrating when your teammates, friends, and family win as if their victory is your own.
In 48 years of baseball, I've learned that the most successful teams aren't just talented.
They're united.
They lift each other up.
Whether it was the 2007 Rockies or the 2013 Pirates, our greatest moments happened when we celebrated each other.
Life's not a solo sport. It's a team game.
The game taught me about more than baseball.
It taught me about life. Those lessons coming soon in Hurdle-isms. Tap the link in my bio to preorder a copy

Imagine being a high schooler from Nebraska getting in the box after making snow angels all winter and you have to face @Ziola_Jace33 😅🔥

The Chicago Cubs are hiring Tyler Zombro as a special assistant, sources tell ESPN. Zombro, 30, has become one of baseball’s preeminent pitching trainers at Tread Athletics, and he’ll work in all areas of Chicago’s organization to help improve the performance of the Cubs’ arms.

What actually is "hip-to-shoulder separation?"
Doubling down on pseudo-definitive principles without an understanding of what’s objectively happening with movement is a sure fire way to get yourself in trouble.
