It's 2026. Why do computers in TV shows still make noises when copying files?

Claude AI is rapidly becoming my go-to AI assistant. I religiously used Gemini before, but Claude is miles ahead of it.

Today was an annoying reminder that I can't always trust when someone says they're going to do something, they actually will.

Tried a couple of new browsers. Canary: Alright, best Chrome "clone" but too similar. Zen: Great experience, some quirks, but the main drawback is the Gecko engine. Arc: I ignored this one for too long and now I'm noticing Zen = Arc but on Firefox.

Help me understand. What's the difference between the deposit and the recycling fee? Isn't the whole idea behind the deposit to encourage people to bring back their containers for recycling? And then you still pay the fee to recycle. Can't that just be one thing?

You know, I'm kinda sad to see the regulation change next year in @F1. We're finally at the point in this rule-set where it's anyone's race. It's almost guaranteed that one or 2 teams will nail the new rules and run away with the championship in '26 and '27.

Hey @GoogleMyBiz, this is really getting frustrating. I keep sending a new video and every time, there's something else... I don't know what you want from me. I can't email someone and I've sent 4 videos now...

I think I may be asking too much from AI or something. I used 3 apps to see if I could generate 1 images. All 3 don't understand what I want, even though I'm giving it clear instructions. Maybe I'll just go old-school today and fire up an actual image editing program.

I switched from @TIDAL to @AppleMusic a few weeks ago, and the music recommendations are so much better now. Tidal kept playing the same songs I've heard for months. Apple actually mixes it up with songs I've never heard before.

This. I tried Comet and Arc and Brave. They're all just bloated Chromium browsers, so Chrome it is.

I love @marblismAI, but it's frustrating that the guidelines keep drifting. I have Penny write up content for some pages. I want them to be consistent for obvious reasons, but articles 1 and 3 are vastly different, even with the exact same guidelines.
