What an unbelievable super El Niño fall it’s been in the northern mountains. Another round of subtropical moisture coming in for the next few days. First round of rain in the Moreno Valley. Tough to beat storm clouds over the Aspens. #angelfire #nmwx #FallFoliage

Another very wet week on the way for most of New Mexico thanks to deep #monsoon moisture. Albuquerque could pick up another 1” to 2”of rain throughout the next seven days with the heaviest numbers around Dona Ana County topping 4” and up around the northern mountains we should see 2”to 3” of rain. The east will get pounded as well. Not quite as much around the four corners. Wettest days look like Wednesday through Friday. #nmwx

Just one quick correction that I’m seeing a lot of people misreport/spin on the whole KRQE CBS deal. Fox is not replacing CBS for KRQE. KRQE has literally operated Fox as a duopoly alongside CBS for 20 years. This is not some trade out. It’s a brutal loss plain and simple.
