Here is my typical day:
Overnight oats
- rolled oats
- little milk
- naked protein powder
- cottage cheese and Greek yogurt
- some type of cut fruit
Lunch
- protein (steak or chicken)
- starch (usually rice)
- vegetables (this week is cabbage and broccoli)
- a homemade sauce
Dinner
- grilled steak
- roasted potato / sweet potato
- arugula salad with Parmesan and balsamic vinegar
It’s boring but I can eat it without much trouble.

Hidden in the chaos, it's the schedule we drop that defines us. The 2026-27 slate is here. 🦇

Oh wow!
In the end…even with the MAC’s appeal not a thing will change. There is a better chance of Rutgers beating Indiana than the MAC’s appeal being successful.
FOX Sports rules analyst Mike Pereira:
"Replay officials have been told that if there is a discrepancy, use the television footage. Do not use your footage in the command center. Use the footage that ten million people are watching, not the one that's three. ...Don't use footage that they can't see. ...They [Big Ten replay booth] didn't follow the protocol."

It's not often I tweet something about weather. This might be the first time on X.
This is what happens when a retreating dryline collides with a Pacific front. Midland TX in 2017 (where the dryline reigns supreme in the Spring). #dryline #convection #thunderstorms #radar
I never post about the Mets. I’ve been a fan for 60 years. My first game was at Shea in 1966.
I know that people more knowledgeable than me say it’s too early to fire Mendoza. The Red Sox just cleaned house. If the Mets did the same how could it be any worse? #Mets

As a university professor, I rarely hear from students after the final exam. However, there are always a handful of students who will send personal notes or emails after the semester is over. These mean more to me than you could possibly imagine.
Students, if you enjoy the class, let the teacher know. They truly love hearing it.

The idea that someone could survive the horrors of the Holocaust and then eight decades later be murdered in Australia for being Jewish has rocked me to my core.

Not that difficult. Even my dog (who is a smart German Shepherd BTW) could evaluate it. Hell…he will accept payment in treats.

Why are we wishing bad things for someone? This is a business. Blame the Mets, not the player.

You forgot an important point. Diaz didn’t want to return.
That in itself is an indictment on the Mets.
My suggestion is to bite the bullet and do a soft rebuild. Put Scott (remember him) and Sproat/Tong in the rotation and/or pen. Add Benge to CF.
