Sir, you recently spoke at an event about the issue of heart failure and the importance of a timely diagnosis for patients. Is there any chance that you could post the video on this place - so that we can amplify the #BEAT message

Keanu, Hooky & Love Will Tear Us Apart
There are moments in music that cut straight through everything fame, money, chaos, grief and this one hits like a bolt.
Look at his face. That’s someone finding peace in the sound.
We’ve all been there.

103-year-old Captain Eugeniusz Niedzielski, one of the oldest Polish veterans living in the United Kingdom, laid a wreath for his fallen brothers in arms - the 22,000 Polish officers brutally murdered in Katyń by the Soviet NKVD.
It was perhaps the most moving moment of the ceremony.
On the 50th anniversary of the unveiling of the Katyń Memorial at Gunnersbury Cemetery in London, Poles living in the UK gathered to honour the victims of the Katyń Massacre.

Great to see such a strong recommendation for cardiac rehabilitation for adults with congenital heart disease, and particularly the explicit recognition of transitional-age patients in the 2026 @escardio Guidelines on Cardiac Rehabilitation doi.org/10.1093/eurheartj/eh…
Now for implementation to turn these recommendations into equitable access to appropriately tailored CR for people with CHD across the lifespan.

Remarkable results from ACACIA HCM. Incredible news for our patients with non-obstructive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. #PrecisionCVM
We presented the ACACIA-HCM trial. A milestone for us and our patients, having a therapy that influences many important clinical domains that are relevant to patients and physicians alike.
This is the start in nHCM. An impactful one.

When you consider that very few services see HFpEF, this could be a huge increase in the numbers that need support. Medications are available to improve outcomes and quality of life - but if there isn't the infrastructure to put this research into clinical practice...

Screening 706 adults w/ diabetes with NT-proBNP → echo found undiagnosed HF in 1 in 4 (mostly HFpEF)!
NNS just 5 📈✅
BUT finding it isn't enough
⚠️ SGLT2i use rose only 24%→39%, ns-MRA 1%→2% 💊
Screening must be coupled with GDMT to help patients 🔑❤️🩹

New modeling study: If quadruple GDMT (ARNI, beta-blockers, MRA, SGLT2i) were optimally implemented across the ~3.3M Americans with HFrEF, it could prevent:
✅ 113,747 deaths over 12 months
✅ 357,332 HF hospitalizations annually
up to 73% of eligible patients aren’t on ARNI
