It's an absolute pleasure to represent @Huntsmen as Coach for this upcoming Challengers season.
I'll do everything in my power to win for the organisation and develop the players so they're ready to step into the CDL.

Been telling everyone since 2024 that Deadlock’s going to be incredible when it releases and we’re still in alpha/beta/who knows but if you’re trying it for the first time you NEED to commit to playing like 5-10 games, I can guarantee absolute addiction after that point.
Was re-organising my Google drive and discovered my old notes docs.
Heading into my 11th season as a Coach. So much has changed since those days, coaching and the entire landscape.
One things for certain though, I miss the LAN league matches in Columbus!
Fingers-crossed they allow coaches to communicate in Challengers also. 5 mixamps, daisy chained like the old days.
But, in all seriousness we should be as close to the CDL as possible to legitimise coaches even further.

EWC awards Club Championship Points for T8 placements, and if you look at the Club Standings, there are a lot of ties.
I’d love to see EWC expand the points system to T12–T16, even if the points are minor. It could still have a meaningful impact on Challengers investment.
If T9–T16 awarded even a small number of points, suddenly those placements have real value. Knowing those points could be the difference in a tiebreaker may encourage more organisations to invest.
I rarely gas myself. I had two horrendous years on LAG/M8, but I haven’t properly built the roster I wanted since Ultra. With a lot of orgs rebuilding, I know what it takes to build a team, not just from a talent perspective, but also by getting personalities that mesh.
