FYI: MC Family Resource Center and MC Schools are collecting donations of basic items at Central Elementary. Anyone in need of anything can come there and get help. We have food, clothes, toiletries, blankets, bottled water, baby items... etc. 🙏🙏 for everyone!

I sit back and think about the progress of the athletes I coach. Honestly, they make it look better than it really is. Their pride, effort, commitment, and consistency is what drives their improvement. I’m so lucky that I get to experience their growth first hand.

If you are the best player on your team, go to your coach & tell him/her to push you more, be more demanding, hold you accountable. Back that talk up with your mental toughness, work ethic & desire to improve. Be the example to your teammates. Show them how to accept coaching!
