NH's House and Senate agreed on a compromise version of the bill (both chambers passed different versions previously).
The bill protects various 'rights', including payments, running nodes, and mining.

NEW: The Tennessee House's 'Bitcoin Reserve Act' bill HB1695 was 'placed behind the budget' today.
This effectively 'soft kills' the bill by placing it late on the legislative calendar.
TN still has a companion bill (2639) live in the Senate.
