I have a Dent watch from 1845. I visited the @guildhalllibrary and found it in the stock book of the Dent shop. The watch was recorded on 13 August 1845 and sold to Mr. Atchison on January 1846 #watchobsession #historyofhorology #victorianlondon #dentwatch @ldnmetarchives

I find these compartmented boxes very useful to store my pocket watches. They are slightly padded and have a lid to protect its contents. The compartments should be ideally a bit bigger, but they are still useful. #watchobsession #sterlingsilver #englishhorology #temeaningoflife
