Bitcoin might be the best collateral humanity has ever invented.
Instantly verifiable, instantly transferable, never freezes, never defaults:
👉🏻 Houses take months
👉🏻 Stocks have restrictions
👉🏻 Gold needs trust
... Maybe we’re still thinking way too small about Bitcoin.
In today’s episode, we break down a powerful chapter from Bitcoin is The Ultimate Collateral to explore why Bitcoin’s perfect digital scarcity, portability, uptime, and auditability make it fundamentally different from every legacy form of collateral.

Happy Pythagorean Triple Square Day!
Today’s date is made of 3 perfect squares and they form a Pythagorean triple: 3² + 4² = 5²
This only happens once a century.

🔥🐟 We raised $1.8M in fiat to help you borrow fiat and digital dollars against Bitcoin.
Thanks to investors, including the legends at @braiins, we just closed our seed round!
Why does this matter? Firefish lets you borrow fiat WITHOUT selling your sats and WITHOUT trusting custodians.
Our Bitcoin-backed loans are now available for U.S. and global users in USDC. And we are just getting started 👀

Airport Security stopped me to examine a bitcoin mini-miner I was trying to bring through.
I took a deep breath and prepared to try to explain bitcoin mining to TSA 😅
He opened up my bag and saw some books and all I could describe as a "computing device"...
Here it comes...
Simply explain bitcoin mining to a TSA officer and I'm clear.
To my surprise, not only did he know about bitcoin mining, but he also had a wild story.
Turns out, he almost got kicked out of the military because someone in his barracks was secretly mining bitcoin using government electricity! 😂
I could tell he wanted to talk more about it, but the line was building up behind us.
I tried to give him the books in my bag, but he legally couldn't accept anything from me.
He was blown away that there were now options for running a low electricity at-home miner.
His interest in bitcoin had been reignited⚡️
The mini miner made it through security and another at home mining enthusiast was born.
One person at a time, the bitcoin virus is spreading.
Anyone else have unexpected bitcoin conversations?
