Makes sense to me. I don't think they should be eligible, but there's no puting that toothpaste back in the tube and the courts rightfully distrust the NCAA's arguments.

Clear all the fifth-year players looking for eligibility in the courts. Then take all the money that would've been spent on legal fees and give it to the Olympic sports that need it.
