Hot take but Everyone crying about how your friends don’t support you enough by not coming to your stream ruined streaming culture. You shouldn’t have chatters coming in apologizing for not making it to your stream? If you see someone chat you haven’t seen in a while….You should be so excited and ask them how they are!! You shouldn’t give them a hard time for not being around???
Why would anyone want to tune into your stream if they think that you’re mad at them?
Am I way off base here??? It’s crazy to expect ANYONE to show up at all. You should be so lucky.

💜Today is Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) Awareness Day.
Living with a type of #EhlersDanlossyndrome (EDS) or hypermobility spectrum disorder (HSD) is full of challenges on its own, but EDS and HSD often present alongside other diagnoses such as POTS.
#POTS is an abnormal increase in heart rate when standing without a drop in blood pressure.
POTS can cause a wide range of symptoms including:

● Fatigue
● Blood pooling
● Light sensitivity
● Gastrointestinal issues
● Fainting
● Shortness of breath
● Headaches
● Dizziness
● Heat intolerance
● Bladder problems
