Yet the on-chain record shows that on 25 September 2026 this wallet 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐎 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐕𝐄𝐓𝐎 on Proposal #12228.
The wallet itself was the 𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫, 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫.
It even attached the memo:
“Scammer proposal to take 21 percent of lunc from CP”

If a wallet is presented to the community as holding 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, why is that same wallet being used for unrelated Terra Classic governance activity?
The transaction fee itself was only 1.920096 LUNC. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞 𝐢𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 - 𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲.
A wallet soliciting or holding funds described as charity donations should, in my view, be kept completely separate from personal #LUNC governance activity.
