The future is bright! Sophomores we’re lead by Cameron Cooper in the hurdles, Dash, and 4x400. The freshman were lead by Charlie Hicks in the Dash and Anders Nielsen in the 800! @MRHSNJ @MatawanAthletic @MatawanDawg

Congrats to Mike and Nik for winning the Group 3 shot put relay!

Congrats to the Matawan Boys on taking 3rd place at the Monmouth County Relays. A lot of obstacles to even compete, but the boys were fantastic!

The athletes love Murph Fridays! Coach Murphy is great at getting the team off the track every so often and creating strength training circuits.
