I have one student this year who has become OBSESSED with hidato puzzles. I love seeing kids solving puzzles in their spare time instead of just staring at their phones.
Here's a new set of penguin hidato puzzles!

These mitten hidato puzzles were a special request from a teacher looking for a winter-themed logic puzzle. I figure they are perfect for this bout of cold weather we are experiencing!

With Year 9 this week, we have been looking at expanding and factorising quadratics using grids and by splitting brackets. Made a few Fill in the Blanks activities for them, which can be found at draustinmaths.com/algebra

I have a strict "no-late-work" policy.
There's no late work.
There's only work.
Work worth doing.
It's due when it's done.
Done matters more than when.
