What a fantastic last session for GENIUS to round up AGW2024. Thanks to Dr Ryan Mathius for presenting on his work in IUS for assessing luminal content in UC and Dr Grace Feng for showing how much IUS has the capacity to reduce the need for endoscopy.

ALT Intestinal ultrasound is a promising imaging modality for assessing faecal loading in paediatric patients. Well designed studies are needed to fully explore its potential in adult patients with suspected faecal loading.
Pharma data is interesting but it’s great to hear someone like Jake Begun on behalf of @DrYoonAn and @MaterIBD speak on how IBD medications perform in the real world!
