We have agreed on the 21st sanctions package against Russia.
It delivers sweeping measures targeting Moscow’s financial system, its military-industrial complex and energy sector, that keep Russia's war economy running.
We are hitting Putin where it hurts most: cutting off the financial lifelines he relies on to sustain his war.
This is not the end of the road on sanctions. We are already working on the next steps. The EU must be ready to respond to any further Russian escalation.

"Racism is a tumour of the human soul, stupidity in the form of hatred.
I note the condemnation by Paraguay’s authorities of the racist slurs a senator aimed at Kylian Mbappé.
Our captain and our team have our full support. They are representing our colours: those of France." - @jnbarrot
