TikTok is honestly a good place to see the average opinion of a casual player on a new Call of Duty game. I've been looking at a lot of comments about MW4 and I've honestly not seen this much positivity for a new COD from the casual playerbase since like MW2019. The Campaign plays a big role in that. I'm telling you, casuals fully believe if the Campaign is good, then the MP must be good. And if the Campaign is bad, then the MP must be bad. Just goes to show how important making the Campaign good is, at least for the initial first impressions of the game and for getting people interested at all.
