Attorney General Todd Blanche says the people behind a same-name "Dan Sullivan" candidacy in Alaska are deliberately trying to confuse voters and take votes away from the incumbent.
Blanche says that’s why the Trump Justice Department is getting involved, arguing federal authorities have a responsibility to ensure elections are conducted properly, separate from a state-law court ruling.

Six individuals in Massachusetts have been charged with allegedly arranging sham marriages to fraudulently obtain immigration status for illegal aliens. The organization’s leader has allegedly been orchestrating sham marriages for illegal aliens to enable them to fraudulently obtain immigration status for OVER 10 years and has made millions of dollars doing so.
The defendants took photographs of the “weddings” and social outings with their sham spouses to use in fraudulently applying for immigration status.

Massive concession: Los Angeles election officials just told a federal court they have no independent way to verify citizenship beyond what voters attest. (They simply take their word for it.) Under federal law, only citizens may vote in federal elections. Yet California has not acted on the list of 20,000 suspected noncitizens or agreed to set aside their ballots.
