The Denver Broncos have checked in around the league on tight ends, going so far as to ambitiously -- and some would say outrageously -- check on Cardinals star Trey McBride, who is from Fort Morgan, Colorado, and played at Colorado State. The Cardinals made it very clear they have zero intention of trading McBride.

Maricopa had its last incoming about an hour ago.
A small handful of ballots may be added after the curing period.
But otherwise we are done.
See you all next cycle.
To process and count 99% of 1.57M ballots in 72 hours is an unbelievable accomplishment. Bravo! 👏
NEW: Chair @KateMcGeeAZ statement on 99% of ballots being tabulated within 72 hours of General Election polls closing.

As of tonight, 99% of Maricopa County election results have been reported! Great job to our election team!
This is the way
Replying to @azyup1 @MansourforAZ
Nick Mansour won this race fair and square. As Republicans we need to count our losses, adjust, and move on.
If I were Jake, I too would want to deflect from my FAILURE this week.
✅ Nobody promised final results on Election Day. Not in AZ, nor any state
✅ As planned, @MaricopaVote staff work around the clock to process/count ballots
✅ >95% of ballots will be tallied by EOD Friday

To the thousands of Maricopa County election personnel and workers - both paid and volunteer: thank you. We could not have pulled off such a smooth election this week without your service to our communities. You are all appreciated. youtu.be/lO37FdzvP44?si=rnZS…

To honor veterans across our region & the 1,000+ Maricopa County employees who are current or former military, we are joining @NACoCounties in Operation Green Light. The @maricopacounty administration building will be lit green through Veterans Day, November 11, to show our appreciation for all who served and sacrificed. Thank you! 🇺🇸
There were 254 @MaricopaVote centers. The vast majority (85%) had lines of less than 10 mins all day - many had no lines whatsoever!
🚨Long lines meant @Maricopacounty didn't set up enough voting locations for Election Day🗳
They said I was lying when I warned @debbielesko @KateMcGeeAZ @thomasgalvin @MaricopaVote
But indeed, I was correct 🎯

Thank you to Maricopa County voters for approving Prop 413! An essential continuation of public safety funding.
It is clear, that voters still overwhelmingly support our police, jails, and common sense public safety facilities.
Thank you to my colleagues in @maricopacounty for your work in educating voters.

OF NOTE: Maricopa BOS is praising staff for a smooth election at a board meeting this morning.
Supervisor Thomas Galvin also has harsh words for fellow Republicans, telling them to move on from fraud conspiracies.
"You have led to the destruction of the Republican Party.”
Every bit of this and more
For the last two years, the Trump Administration has been governed by a simple mantra: “We can just do things.” On Tuesday, voters replied, “So can we,” and wiped out the GOP. This was not a blue wave. This was not a blue tsunami. This was the breakup of a winning coalition.
Those voters, in breaking up the coalition, treated downballot races as proxies for their contempt of Washington, D.C. The race for dog catcher became nationalized because of Republican political malpractice.
In 2024, Donald Trump assembled a multiracial and multiethnic coalition of voters who bristled at the progressivism of the Democrats and the wreckage of the economy. By 2026, Trump and his White House acolytes set that coalition on fire to cater to a group of hyperonline grievance mongers who have confused Twitter with real life.
Last night, the American constitutional system worked as designed and worked so well and so thoroughly that the party that lied to itself in 2020 that it had lost only because the election was stolen is now lying to itself that it lost only because of gas prices and war. Last night’s drubbing was too complete to be theft.
It was gas prices.
And it was the war.
But it was also calling affordability a “hoax.”
And it was also the corruption.
The incompetence.
The tariffs.
The playing nice with Russia while treating our allies worse than our enemies.
The impression of cruelty.
The overly aggressive deportations.
The accidental arrests of American citizens who were Hispanic.
The arrogance.
The ballroom.
The reflecting poll.
The golf courses.
The arch.
The Qatari 747.
The aggressive redistricting push.
The threats against enemies.
It turns out a weekend Fox and Friends host might not be a reassuring beacon of competence to Americans.
Gas prices and the war cannot explain a wipe out from top to bottom in Texas or Georgia or losing South Carolina or Ohio or a total coast to coast wipe out. Only the simpletons can believe that.
Adam Hamilton won Finney County in Kansas, which was a Trump +35 county in 2024 and he did so with Hispanic voters. He did not do that just because of war and gas prices.
And shall we talk about Mississippi?
A few weeks ago, Bo French in Texas attacked University of Texas students who were American citizens of Indian descent. A portion of the President’s base cheered him on. Even some within the Administration, on public Twitter accounts tied to the Administration, echoed him. Those voters’ parents repudiated the racism in the GOP and wiped out Republicans in Texas, not because they support the Democrats, but because the party they had supported turned on them. It was political malpractice by the GOP.

Once Dems take control of Arizona state legislature, can we get rid of the stupid law put in place by Alex Kolodin that materially slows down vote centers closing?
Thats why we’re not getting more results so far.
Because they have to count all the envelopes before packing up.
Not remotely accurate. 95% of the Maricopa vote will be counted by end of Friday.
Come up w/ better conspiracies … this one is lame.
Legal immigrant and American citizen @GabyBiggs predicts that Maricopa County will take 2-3 weeks to count ballots - but I honestly think they've already figured out the cheat so early on this evening that it's not necessary. 🙄🙄🙄🙄

The amount of work required leading up to Election Day is monumental. Voters across Maricopa County experienced a great election today thanks to the hard work of our elections staff. While work isn't over, and long nights are still expected as election processes wrap up, I thank all the staff and volunteers who make this possible.
