The conduct of Queensland MPs is an absolute disgrace. Bullying, personal attacks, juvenile insults and breathtaking unprofessionalism. These are elected representatives entrusted with governing our state.

If I behaved like this in professional committee meetings, or treated colleagues with such disrespect, I could lose my job and potentially my professional registration. Why are our elected representatives held to a lower standard?
In any other professional workplace, this behaviour would raise serious concerns about bullying, workplace culture and disciplinary action. Yet in Queensland Parliament, it appears to be treated as business as usual. How is this remotely acceptable?
