The Browns are 5-2 so I’d most def look around to see what you could add to this team to make a run.
The Eagles are now 2-5 and their QB is out for the season. If they’re selling at the trade deadline (which they should be), Dallas Goedert becomes an interesting name for the Browns.

It makes you want to do your own homework. I still think this class is pretty good. But we missed guys like Mestemaker, Lindsay, he’s undersized but Kevin Jennings. But I still think more, Chambliss, Moore, Sellers, Carr, etc are all intriguing prospects.
Got a text from another personnel executive this morning, noting that this is the third straight QB class that has had similar problems.

Probably not happening. Still on a rookie deal too. Could be apiece they keep.
The fire sale in Indy has just begun Wonder what it would cost for the #Browns to get DE Laiatu Latu? Since 2025 -77 pressures -9.5 sack -36 run stops

Wow! Thats insane.
Trade: Colts have agreed to send eight-time Pro-Bowl guard Quenton Nelson to the Seattle Seahawks, per me and @rapsheet. Nelson is on an expiring contract and the Colts are opting to get back draft capital now before they could lose him in free agency. But an all-time Colt now moves on to the Seahawks.

That stinks.
Sources: Mississippi State star QB Kamario Taylor will miss the rest of the season, as he faces surgery on his injured toe. Taylor has an appointment today to get his toe checked out by a specialist and could have surgery as early as tomorrow. He’s expected to make a full recovery.

But we don’t know what his projection was & like I’ve told you, he was making just as much as Ty Simpson. Ty is the 13th overall pick. So why go pro if I’m projected further down? I said it earlier, at some point you need to have someone on your side ask, is it money or dev?
If you’re a projected top pick….. GO PRO. I wish @McShay13 would be honest about how these major college programs aren’t interested in developing QBs over winning nattys… that’s been the truth about college football for all time… these mfs like @McShay13 want QBs to stay in college because it makes they job easier. They don’t wanna roll they sleeves up no more and get in the trenches like @fakecorykinnan & @SparkScouting to give you that aren’t big names.

Oh man! This is one of my fav arguments bro. There are studies with creatine that have more to do with your brain than just making your muscles look full. I don’t take creatine currently bc I don’t want the water weight but the science behind creatine is pretty amazing
I’m telling all athletes…STOP TAKING CREATINE. You don’t need it. Stop putting that nonsense in your body. A good diet and proper sleep are best. Stop letting little Jimmy at the local Planet Fitness tell the top 1% of human bodies what to supplement. Creatine is like filling a balloon with air it looks bigger and better till it’s time to put it under stress. That’s why soft tissue injuries happen. Your muscles lack pure substance.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Scientific evidence does not support claims that creatine causes soft tissue injuries in athletes. Reviews and studies, including of collegiate football players, show no increased injury risk and often lower rates of strains, cramping and total injuries among users. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC54… pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC23…

I still really like Dante Moore! I think he’s an intriguing prospect for even the Browns who should be picking in the early to late teens at this point. Guy who’d need to sit. But a ton of upside to his game. I hope we see him again at the Sr Bowl.

Said the quiet part out loud. No Will Stein!
Dante Moore’s season is over… and the evaluation feels incomplete —my reaction 👇

I get $5 mil is life changing money but at some point your development needs to take priority. I get it, I was that age once. What I could have done with $1mil. But at some point you need someone in your corner to step up & day development is just as important.
NEWS: Oregon coach Dan Lanning announces that star quarterback Dante Moore is not expected to play the rest of the season. He hasn’t played since suffering a concussion against USC on Sept. 26. Moore returned to Oregon for 2026 after projecting as a top pick in the NFL Draft.

You gotta have the tough convo’s. You want to make money now & risk draft stock, or can you get by making a little less & go to a school or with a coach who has a solid track record of development. $1-$2 mil still good money. Thats just me though.

My only big pick is I want him to keep running his feet. If he does that he buries this mf’er! Not bad at the POA but we can be better.
Austin Barber on this rep… 😤

I remember when Pat was in KC his rookie year & he had teammates & the org talking about how this kid was different. When we start getting that from Berea, I’ll believe it. Until then, we’re not talking about backup QB’s.

Smart. I wouldn’t go back either. Get ready for the draft.
