A cleaner way to look at college football resumes. No predictive metrics.
Borrowing from college basketball's WAB and Quad systems.
Quads determined by where your opponents rank in the CFB Metrics Consensus.
Either you choose to believe a 4-4 Miss St beat Minnesota by 25 or you common sense

We live in a dystopia where beating Illinois at 5-3 is meaningless but if you beat 4-4 miss state
STOP EVERYTHING
HANG THE BANNER

To be very clear about Alabama...they're ranked too high
But one thing I do applaud the Committee for is circling the MissSt game as a special circumstance (this should happen for Missouri & South Carolina's resume to some extent too, the difference is Alabama beat MSU)
Beating MSU with Kamario Taylor should carry weight despite them falling off a cliff later in the season without him

Zach Lavine when asked about Luka:
Luka’s one of the most talented players of all time. I don’t think people actually give him enough credit for how good he really is. Shot making abilities is insane. You really can’t contest him. He gets calls but he plays at his own pace. He creates contact. Dude is averaging 40.. 40/8/8 or might be little more than 8/8 tonight. It’s super impressive man you can’t say enough about it. He’s one of the best scorers of all time.” 🔥

Luka Doncic is shooting a career-best percentage from the free throw line this season, and this technique could be the reason why.

Tonight, I make a solemn promise to every single Texan. Whether you voted for me or Governor Abbott, or felt so betrayed by a broken politics that you did not vote at all.
Hear what Texas said today, loud and clear: Your government belongs to you. And as your governor, I will never forget it. There will be no special set of rules for the wealthy and powerful. No looking the other way when someone in my own party does wrong.
The trust you have placed in me tonight is not a blank check. It is a sacred responsibility. And I intend to earn it every single day.
