Max's closing statement:
"I know what it means to be a Hoosier. I'm the most experienced candidate for this role. I'm focused on this role and doing it well for Hoosiers. Thank you, and I'm asking for your vote."
Max's answer:
"Yes. There is a lot of work to be done in this office. My commitment is to do this job really well for the sake of Hoosiers across the state."
Max's answer:
"We are a business-friendly state. We have to build on that. It's important to give additional resources to business owners and entrepreneurs. We have to cut red tape so they can focus on being successful."
Next question: Indiana is among the top three states for starting a business. How will your office help keep it this way?
Max's answer:
"You shouldn't use the office in a campaign fashion. That is already law. There are four divisions in the office and each one needs to be run objectively."
Max's answer:
"We do need more clarity on campaign finance in Indiana. My opponent is wrong about my donation. It's all public record."
Max's answer:
"Of course they should meet. We also know the complaints filed against me had no merit. I don't think my opponent understands what 'illegal' means."

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK ✊
Got out in Evansville to knock with some AWESOME @TPAction activists post-Superchase tonight. We’re reminding people at the doors that more voting locations are now open, so get out and vote for @MaxForIndiana! 🗳️
Max's answer:
"I think we do strong work on this already. When you have a referendum, it's simply a way to evade the legislature. Studies show it's usually funded by big-money groups that try to trick voters. We certainly need to trust our voters. But we must look to the Indiana leg. as well."
Max's answer:
"We are doing great things in Indiana regarding elections. We need to preserve mail-in voting for those who need it. But we don't want to see ballot harvesting like what we see in Illinois or California."
Next question: Indiana has 11 reasons to request a mail-in ballot. What is your position on who should or should not receive one?
