Who knows if this thing will melt down today, to me it is holding up too strong to be patient with at the moment

“Two elements must therefore be rooted out once for all, – the fear of future suffering, and the recollection of past suffering; since the latter no longer concerns me, and the former concerns me not yet.” – Seneca
As the years go by and you evolve as a trader and in certain aspects you mature rather than grow. Growth is something that can be quantified for the most part. Maturity is about acceptance and experience. It is less about doing than it is about inner peace and patience.

If a normal human stops out and re-enters even *twice* in a row, the risk of tilting is *ten* times as great. Do NOT pursue a low win-rate method.

This is what keeps someone from blowing up. You have to be painfully disciplined with your sizing.
Your size is your risk management.

My dream setup
Been on this setup for a month or so.. 4 x 32inch 4K vertical on dual gas struts. Electric sit stand desk, the top is black bamboo looks fresh AF close up. Had 5 monitors but sent one back as it was going to be a hassle with the mounting system and couldn't be bothered with it.

my trade if you want to maybe see what I was thinking
30 mins of work for this... yea buddy

I would rather trade for 2 hours and make $1,000 than trade for 7 hours and make $2,000

adding to winners is underrated and adding to losers is overrated
that's why I almost never start scaling out until we start to see pulls past support
Contrary to popular believe the biggest rug pulls do not come from the top but rather from areas of support where lots of longs keep buying the dip.
This is the perfect example of why I hold almost all my position until my PT. If I took some off near that first fall before the bounce, then I would of made about 30% avg instead of 42% avg gain. You gain more R holding of these winners than you do taking partials in long run.

btw here is an example of a loser that I cut right before this trade. I lost 10% on this in a quickly so I cut it and reevaluated and attacked later making 42%. Do that over and over and see profits compound.
You may not want to do it but that's what trading is. You have to counter act your emotions and do what doesn't feel right. That means cutting you losers quick even though you FEEL it may come back or holding your winners even though you see profits and you want them NOW!!!
For me personally I don't believe in scaling out. One or two shots for the entry and then hold everything until your price target. Like do you not trust your experience? Selling early causes you to have the least number of shares when you are the most in the green. #HODL

just my opinion, and I may have a good example (personal trade) in the coming days that may convince you to think this way too
