Severian Character Demo - "The Making of a Commissioner" | Zenless Zone Zero
"Commissioner Lowell... He's regarded as one of our most dependable officers."
"While I've got the chance, I do have one suggestion for Commissioner Lowell: give junior officers more chances to prove themselves!"
"He's a demon! He'll eat you alive! Cruel! Cold! Heartless!"
"Commissioner Lowell is the current commissioner... with an impeccable record throughout his service."
"That's all... Meow."

We have actual AI hell that can end the world if the BlackWall fails, and said AI can control Mechs in phantom liberty. Not to mention a mostly ganic guy has beaten Adam fucking Smasher to the point where hes considered a rival. But we draw the line at the cyberskeleton and Capri
Studio Trigger’s novel ideas for Cyberpunk as a setting are usually incredibly stupid and make it worse not better. CDProjekt Red would never write something as stupid as the Cyberskeleton or Project Capricorn, and it is excessively obvious that these things were just barely over the threshold of what CDPR would tolerate.
