I'm increasingly convinced that the willingness to change your mind is the ultimate sign of intelligence. The most impressive people I know change their minds often in response to new information. It's like a software update. The goal isn't to be right. It's to find the truth.
There are several ways I've discovered to work WITH ADHD instead of against it.
It requires a willingness to be open minded and to be open to change, but I've never felt more productive in my life 🧵

Learning something small about a topic you've never thought of learning challenges the brain and can make you smarter & live longer simply by being willing to learn new things the moment it piques your interest.
Take advantage of it. Rabbit hole like never before.

A fantastic watch for those who have yet to understand how to forcefully, willingly change yourself is the brilliant Mattias Pilhede's "The Personality Machine"
I can't deny its impact on me.

big vouch on this. the times when i've let myself rabbit whole something for a month or two have affected how i think about other subjects and makes learning about them a lot easier.

...want. The only caveat, you have to be open to change every month or two* (in line with the internal clock that seems to dictates it). Experience with one topic that fills Novelty will give you this strange EXP Share for other skills regardless of if they're related.
EVERYTHING in life lives between two extremes.
The problem is, we're so predisposed to look for the best and worst that rarely do we let ourselves look to the truth that's in-between.
Two extremes often have valid points while neither have the wisdom to acknowledge the other.
I will continue to retweet this until the day I lose the fingers to do so.
