Hello! I am MeatMensch, 3d modeler guy and creator of the Minerva Gems webseries. I have been working on MG for the past 10 years, and we're working on the finalized pilot right now!
I do NSFW and SFW stuff, so expect a wide range of content. I mostly do NSFW of my Gem Gals, Staurolite and Olivine. Sometimes I write or post lore about my series.

Another block out update for this scene in episode 1, holding the sort of direction is getting more clear
Not saying all Indie animation sucks, but i despise this sort of quirkchungus design philosophy of being as saturated and loud as possible to appeal to the inevitable rabid audience of minors.
No subtly, no modesty, no actual design intent behind what the characters look like. Lets just distil every single odd design convention in gen z has and blend it together until it's just a mash of nothingness.
These character designs seem tailor made for some random tumblr blog to obsess over them for the rest of eternity and churn out daily softcore smut of the characters.

I can't reveal too much because we have so much planned for her But i'll give some basic info on her and some of our ideas going into her.
On the desert world of Minerva, Lapyta is a rare sight among it's residents. No sane lapis would actively choose to live in such a place that would limit their potential, however Lapyta actively chose to stay on the surface despite it's limitations.
It's said she belonged to some high status noble house that is now long gone. Some believe it was destroyed by the other noble families, or an internal matter brought it low. No one is quite sure of the truth anymore. It's not something she particularly likes talking anyways. Currently she acts as an overseer of a small wasteland town, operating in it's local temple bath house. Many go to her as it's said she can heal other with her waters and ease the suffering of others, sometimes her methods are... a little hands on.
She's quite seductive, intelligent, and sophisticated, having a great knowledge of the finer things as well as how to work those around her in exactly the ways she needs. She's very well connected with the local politics and if she so wanted, she might be able to climb up the social ladder a bit, but she seems happy to stay in her small town, for the time being...
She also has a thing for Olivine. She has taken a huge interest in Olivine and basically is attempting to act as a one sided romantic rival to Staurolite after Oli and Staur after they arrive to the surface.
I wish i could share more but there's so much i can't give away with her yet.

Random thing I'm gonna complain about because it's happened a few times.
Every once in a while someone offer to add me to a DND group, to which I will politely decline. Before getting some kind of long winded speil because me declining was such an insult to them.
1: because this usually means I have to meet a bunch of new people i have zero connection with. I don't know your social circle and I have no interest in trying and failing to accommodate whatever in group dynamics are going on. I always end up feeling like a third wheel and I have no interest in constantly feeling like an outcast.
2: the times I have gone against my better judgment and accepted, the DM is always some petty asshole who mirco manages the entire direction of the group and does petty shit out of spite. I don't care how good of a DM you claim to be. I. Do. Not. Care. I do not trust you to not be petty.
Once I did a sort of vagabond character who used their fists, I guess the DM didn't like my character so they spawned an invincible hawk to kill me.

"No. Looks like you died. Sorry bud"
