GOOOOOOO BLUEEEEEE

Rainy and gray but warm little 5K run on the Raleigh greenway for me and @RealAndrewMeyer today. I see some of you are running in snow and cold still, so I’ll gladly take this 😂😊

Sunday’s race was about 20 with the windchill. Today’s first 5K run after was 80. Talk about one extreme to the other. Why do we do this again? 🤪😊 slower with a hillier course today because damn it, I’m tired of losing to hills in races 👊

I ran the NYC Half on Sunday. It was cold, so cold, and I had my worst race time ever. I was undertrained, I’m older, the hilly course won the battle. But I really just took it all in, and ran it, and finished it when I finished it. Thanks to all here for the support 🙏 ❤️

I’m so proud of this run, and this training round in general for the upcoming NYC Half. Running has always been such a struggle bus for me. I’ve often wondered why I keep going with it, but I just can’t or won’t give it up for some reason. Also, @RealAndrewMeyer makes me. 😂😊
