A resurrected #ghostpingo with "grow-faster" seedbank stripes (an expt!) that is >40 m long. In <2 yrs it will look like the ponds below as tons of long-lived seeds exposed in the excavation. Most successful ecological restoration known? @tim_holt_wilson @hburningham @TheBrecksLP

One lucky #swift! Heard some scrabbling/flapping & wondered if one of “our” swifts was fledging. Saw a wing tip sticking up, so climbed onto our flat roof and there it was 😢. Couldn’t film the rescue but it sat still for a second and then flew off! Chuffed! @CleyBirds

After years of fundraising & support from the local community, we’ve been able to de-silt and re-profile 500m of the River Glaven, enabling safer navigation. Boat users, please watch your wash, especially through the newly improved bit. 5mph max recommended. @BHAssociation #Cley
