When I first started my career, they told me not to live near the shipyard because it was sketchy. But apartments were cheap, and I couldn’t get over the fact that I would have a practically private “beach” right next to the ghost of America’s first nuclear aircraft carrier.

I’m still a bit upset as I was doing a Halloween artwork and now it’s ruined and I wasn’t really happy with how it was turning out so I think I’m gonna scrap it. I will try again next Halloween.

One thing I hate about drawing on paper is when I accidentally push a little too hard and make a indention on the paper so when I erase and draw back over it the line from the previous one is still visible

Fun Fact: Because of USAF regulations on artwork on its aircraft, and to avoid altering the radar-absorbent coatings, nose art on the U-2 is mostly done in chalk. This makes it easy to draw up art as well as easier to clean off with a hose & soap or the rain
