It depends on the god, but all god claims fall into two categories:
1. Not confirmed to be true
2. Confirmed to be false.
"Hey you science and technology user, since people may use these tools in a nefarious way, that means all science is bad and you're religious"
Is perhaps a top 5 idiotic thing DtJ has ever said.......
Big Jon wants you to know he worships the thing that gives kids cancer.
Whenever people call him a snake oil salesmen, I had no idea they were speaking literally.

Yahweh's omnipresent, which means perfectly all present.
Presence is comfort.
If Yahweh is exists, then discomfort would not obtain.
Discomfort obtains.
Yahweh doesn't exist.
Thanks for playing, @RFupdates
This is just obviously false, to use DtJ's phrasing, and is completely bereft of any basic understanding of logic.
Honestly, it's embarrassing. I'm embarrassed for him.
I see this from atheists all the time and it’s obviously false. If laws of logic are just describing what we see, then we could never make a deductive argument. But when I say “x and y are contradictory so cannot be true” that’s not talking about a description of observations, that’s talking about an impossibility*. Atheists themselves do this all the time, they say God cannot exist (deductive argument) because of the LOGICAL problem of evil, or some other logical contradiction, but that’s means logic is prescriptive, not descriptive.
If you still don’t believe me then let me ask you this… why don’t you believe in married bachelors? Is it because you’ve never seen one? Or because it’s a logical impossibility? If you said it’s the latter, then congratulations… you think logic is prescriptive (like everyone else with a brain).
Or is this the dumbest tweet of the day?
Does atheism have a solution for the problem of evil?

Not only do atheists have an ontological problem with grounding morality, they also have a massive epistemological problem on top of it. Even if we granted there’s a moral law within naturalism, why on earth would we expect to accurately have knowledge of it within an atheist worldview. Truly bizarre.
It was never about life for these people. It's always been about controlling women's reproduction and exiting them from the public square, back to kitchens and laundries.
This same mistake keeps being made about theological fatalism.
The argument is never "knowledge causes event X."
The cause of event X still remains, "whatever caused X." A car crash, caused by a faulty stoplight, for instance. Thats the cause.
All omniscience needs to do is /
If Yahweh has perfect foreknowledge, then all events will obtain as Yahweh knows them NECESSARILY.
NECESSITY precludes the ability for event X to be otherwise.
Therefore, under a deity with omniscience, free will is not possible.
To invoke causation in a defense would be /
