I’ve spent the last two weeks speaking with victims who have been spiked.
Enough is enough. The industry need to stand together and eradicate this evil.
It simply isn’t right that a girl/woman doesn’t feel safe on a night out.

This 👇is true @alkapranos . A major label A&R friend recently called me , close to tears & considering leaving the profession, having just sat through a 6 hour A&R meeting where they agreed to sign 3 acts based on social stats alone…..without listening to a note of their music.

White Privilege & Performative White Allyship stinks. You’re wilfully ignorant of the power construct of systemic racism if you don’t get why ppl bring up Cheryl Cole punching a Black woman yrs ago yet still profiting off Black spaces. Not about apology but legitimacy &credibility
I’ve always had an absolute love and passion for R&B and I’m so excited to share my new show with you on @BBCSounds, I’ve really been transported back re-listening to all these tracks and I’m excited for you to relive those moments with me. Episode 1 is live now 🎧🎶🗣❣️

We return to office next Wednesday, Sept 1st. Working remotely from home has been a challenge & I know many have struggled with being isolated. In the main we have managed to keep our business flowing, especially if initially…but this year there’ve been gaps due a lack of unity.
